 Hailing from just north of Australia, the coffee of Papua New Guinea is a great all around brew. PNG coffees tend to be little known, but they are truly excellent. Sometimes referred to as "the poor man's Jamaica Blue Mountain," Papua New Guinea's coffee possesses a subtle acidity, yet is incredibly smooth.
We are pleased to have this coffee available as a peaberry. Peaberry coffees are a special mutation that occurs when the pit inside a coffee cherry does not split, but instead forms a single pea-shaped bean.
